My period came and an umbilical cord-looking thing came out with it, is it a possible "miscarriage"?

It's a mixture of green/yellow/brown and looks very much like an umbilical cord. However, I've not had any signs of pregnancy, so I'm not too sure what this means. Is this just a miscarriage at an extremely early stage, whereby the embryo simply bleeds as though I'm having a normal period, and the remains, i.e. the umbilical cord, comes out together with my period?

I'm sure you've all heard the joys of composting and how great it is for the environment. I'm looking to try it myself, but I don't really have much of a garden...What would I do with the compost? Could I perhaps sell it?

Ah, this is nothing...If you saw what i listen to you would think i was nuts. I don't know what to say really XD. Just to give you a hint of what could be interested in ranges from death metal to mariah carey's (touch my body). Dunno what it is about that song, i just find it fun to listen to.
