If you have a strenuous exercise routine that you do every day, how do you feel when you miss a day or two?

After a day of missing my strenuous workout I don't feel right and after two days I feel bloated and gy and have gained at least 10 pounds. I feel like I need to be deflated by having a pin stuck in me. Exercise is an addiction and when I go cold turkey I have withdrawal symptoms and I'll gain weight exponentially.
