Wow, I would immediately send them a certified letter indicating you have changed your mind and not to draft any charges from the bank. Also call the bank and put a hold on any drafts. check your laws, there is something about a time frame on this size of purchase to be able to change your mind and also I ume you haven't received the Kirby yet, if so make sure you don't take delivery of it. Good luck, their good vacms but you can buy a used one cheaper.
