Messed up iTunes?

I've never had this happen before. I open iTunes and it looks like it's running fine but then this error comes up..... Runtime Error! Program: C:\Program Files\iTunes\iTunes.exe This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information. And then all you can do it click ok and then iTunes closes. I restarted my computer and this still happens. What's the problem?
