Turkey & USA Appeal to NATO; Who Wins?

All these world organizations have stated policies and laws which members are supposed to follow... key word "supposed"... Reality and history has shown these laws only to be true in theory but never in practice. NATO, UN, EU, etc don't really follow the rule of the book. They usually follow the influence of the powerful and the rich. This is an unfortunate fact of life.
