I tookthe wic and flint out from my zippo and when i put it back in it it wouldnt spark WHY?

If the wheel feels stiff it could be the position of the flint. Since the wheel is round it makes a corresponding shape in the flint. If you put it back at a different angle, the high edges are getting caught on the wheel. If this is the case, remove the flint and reverse it.This way you are starting with a flat surface. Other than that I can't think of a reason it isn't producing a spark.
