Does anyone know of easy baking recipes using basic pantry items, or baked goods without needing yeast?

Money is tight, and well...i wanna make my own tasty snacks, so i can still walk into starbucks to buy a coffee, and avoid the heartache of not being able to afford a pastry. I have some frozen strawberries, and some graham crackers i would like to get creative with...i saw a recipe that required fresh strawberries...just a thought?!?! any help is greatly appreciated..
