Can I get a full ride scholarship for being in the top ten percent of my high school graduating cl?

to be honest, it doesnt matter how you rank in your specific high school. it all depends on how you do compared to all of the other people applying to the same school as you. It helps to have a high GPA, be in NHS, do community service, and have other extracurricular activities outside of school. (sports, music, boy/girl scouts). There is no guaranteed way to get a full ride, it just depends on how well you match up against the other people applying to that college, not how you match up against your high school.
