Corn Snake Housing question?

I have a juvenile corn snake that lives at my grandmothers right now (she loves him) but its just because i had no where else to put him. But now we are moving into a house next door to her and i have a perfect spot in my room for him. but just one problem my room gets frickin cold and my grandmothers house is always warm. He has a heat pad under his tank now, what can i do to keep him comfortable? (oh and alive)
