How to I get rid of all fat that is visible?

Just answer my question pleasee, don't tell me it's unhealthy to do this cause at this point I don't care. I want to lose every inch of fat on my body so I am super thin. My friend is mostly muscle, so she has no fat on her what-so-ever. She has a super thin waist and practically no hips but she has muscular thighs cause she is sprinter/soccer player/xc runner. However, she eats like a fat person would. (and never gains anything) I want, more than anything, to have a waist and hips like her's. I've tried eating healthy, small meals throughout the day with tons of water and exercising everyday but I'm starting to binge because I'm feeling deprived of junk food. So yeah I'm gaining weight instead of losing it. She's 5'5'' and 114 lbs I am 5'8'' and most likely around 126 lbs. How do I get a completely fatless body? Please answer.
