How to play higher octaves on guitar?

ok so i no how to play regular chords but i saw electric guitar players playin ther notes in the skinny frets as i call it higher octaves(idn wat ther called caus im a noob at this stuff..)...now i need to no a website wher it shows a picture of the chords in tht higher octave or i need to no what it is called so i can google it
