I need help on the cheat get shorty of the urbz sims in the city?

i already put in the code for it and i see the gnome and when i click on it it says give all power social something and i clicked on it again and it comes up on the lower right hand side of the screen and then it leaves its like my sim don't want to do it i need major help! = ( ohh and it's for xbox just xbox
