If you can read MRIs, please help!!?

It looks like your ACL is intact as far as I can tell, the picture quality is quite poor. It also looks like you may have some articular cartilage damage. But your surgeon will explain the MRI's better along with the radiologist report. So don't take my findings as fact, it's just my impression of your scans.
