Suggestions on what to do!?

ok...my cat had 6 kittens. The last one was born a day after all the others. It was healthy and fine, but my cat didn't p her placenta afterwards. We waited for 3 hours and finallyI decided to check her in the morning and let nature do it's thing. Well, today I checked her and it's hard to know if she ped it or not. she has blood and fluid coming out of her rectum, but I dont know if thats normal or not. How do you think I would know if she ped itor not. She is acting really tired, which I ume is normal for just having babies, and she doesn't want to drink water or eat, which also is normal for the first few days, so I just don't know what to do! I also don't have any money for vet. I could call, but they always want you to come in andI just can't afford that at all. HELP!!!
