What do I tell my friend who wants advice about having another baby?

Tell her to get her tubes tied. She started having kids at 16 and wants a third one already? I'm sorry but she's a very ignorant girl if she thinks $200 more a month is going to amount to sh!t for those kids. Tell her to get herself straight first...finish school, get a GOOD paying job, etc before bringing another mouth to feed into this world!! The point of a raise is to bring more money and comfort....bringing another baby into the picture will eat up that raise PLUS some! People like her make me so angry.
