Whats a good shampoo&conditioner?

okay well i have pretty fried hair, im getting it cut but once i do i want to keep it heathy. i need a shampoo that makes my hair soft and mousterized. i dont want it to add volume either. im using dangerously straight by herbal ess. but it doesnt work that well. i was thinking maybe redkens?
