Help me decide what I wanna do in the future?

Hey guys, I am 24 years old and trying to decide what I wanna do. I am currently in school for Phlebotomy program and I am not sure if I wanna do Ba. in Physics Major and then get a Master in medical physicist or get into radiation therapy program. I am really good at math, but considering my age, do you think it's worth doing Bachelor degree in physics, or should I get into the radiation therapy program which is about 2 years long. What would you do if you were in my shoes. If you are in the field or if you know about these fields, please let me know what you think. Thanks for your time.
